The company began in the early 1950’s as a small family business by the name of London Textiles, originally carrying fabrics for ladies and menswear before expanding into sheer curtaining. The company now primarily specialises in fabrics for sportswear, corporate and protective clothing. The name was changed to Broadway Textiles when the business relocated from the Sydney CBD to Ultimo (just off Broadway).
